Managing Director
Dan holds 17 years of experience across global mining, resources & energy sectors. His expertise spans buy and sell-side deal origination, transaction structuring and execution, business development and strategic relationship management within both private and publicly listed company environments. As an experienced company director and business leader, Dan has spent most of his career providing strategic counsel to boards and executive teams, supporting business growth and optimisation initiatives.
Senior Advisor - Transactions
Chris brings 20 years of capital markets experience to Metallis. Prior to joining, he spent over a decade at CommSec, where he was involved in the build and roll out the High Value Client division and ran a successful derivatives trading desk, managing relationships with high net worth investors deploying significant capital into the ASX. More recently, he has also managed a private investment portfolio across resources equities, FX and digital assets.
At Metallis Partners, Chris originates, structures and delivers buy- and sell-side asset transactions for small- to mid-cap resources companies trading on the ASX, TSX/TSXV, CSE and AIM markets. He holds a Master of Applied Finance (Financial Markets) and a Bachelor of Economics, and is a Certified Financial Technician (CFTe).
Analyst
Rhea holds eight years of experience in the global resources sector. Prior to joining Metallis Partners, she worked as an Analyst with Emerging Markets Capital, a Hong Kong–based mining investment firm, where she managed technical data, developed detailed maps and supported due diligence, largely on investment opportunities across Canadian-listed resource companies. She also worked with Ignite Digital Media, assisting junior exploration companies in translating complex technical information into clear and compelling investor communications.
At Metallis Partners, Rhea leads project generation initiatives, specialising in the sourcing, evaluation and detailed due diligence of global resource opportunities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology.
